Events Coordinator (part-time)
Harlaxton College wishes to appoint a part-time Events Coordinator.
Working for 21 to 24 hours per week, including weekend and evening work, you will assist with all aspects of external and non-residential events management and marketing, such as weddings, conferences, and corporate events. With excellent communication skills, effective team working and a proven attention to detail, you will join our existing Events Coordinator and work with others in the College to achieve high standards of quality and service.
Salary: The salary for this position will be in the range of £18-20,000 pro rata and will be commensurate with skills and relevant experience.

Harlaxton College is seeking to recruit two house stewards to join the House Steward team. This team undertakes a wide range of duties to ensure that the Manor is presented to the highest of standards at all times, for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. This position is full-time (40 hours per week), working 5 days out of 7 including weekend and evening work. Flexibility concerning weekend and evening work, as required, is essential in this position.
Duties include general cleaning of public and student areas, including student accommodation and classrooms, setting up rooms for functions including weddings and student events held at the Manor. Lifting and moving of furniture and other equipment, working at height and setting up audio visual equipment are required. Rate of pay, above national minimum.
