Harlaxton College has a small but high effective and dedicated staff who administer and support our various academic and non-academic programmes.

Cabinet

Led by Dr Gordon Kingsley, the Cabinet is the senior management team of Harlaxton College.

Academic Services

Led by Dr Gordon Kingsley, the Academic Services team provide academic and library support to our faculty, students and staff.

Business Office

Led by Ian Welsh, the Business Office team provides financial, administrative and IT support support to Harlaxton College and Harlaxton Manor Enterprises Ltd.

Programmes and Events

Led by Ian Welsh, the Programmes and Events team organise and support various summer programmes, summer groups and events such as weddings and concerts.

Student Services

Led by Lauren Mabardy, the Student Development team provide social, welfare, recreational, sporting, health and counseling support to our students and summer programmes.

Support Services

Led by Chris Meadows and Ian Welsh, the Support Services team provide facilities support to all our academic and non-academic programmes, events and Harlaxton Manor itself.
