The scaffolding is down in the Long Gallery at Harlaxton Manor. The repair to the plaster is complete, and the scaffolding was removed on Friday. Spring '08 students will spend the rest of the semester under a gray sky as the plaster dries. Repainting the ceiling bright-blue with its wispy clouds probably won't take place until the semester ends, said Ian Welsh, the college's business manager, who has been overseeing the project.
